Private Training

1 Hour Long Session, accommodating your individual goals and preferences.

Semi-Private Training

1 Hour Long Session, either consisting of a 2-on-1, 3-on-1, or 4-on-1 environment.

Group Training

Adult Fitness Group:

1-hour-long session in a small-group setting, catering to a wide range of experience levels. Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 6 am & 8 am + Friday at 9 am, Tuesday/Thursday at 9 am.

Middle School/High School Performance Group:

1-hour-long session, ages 12-18. This session focuses on mitigating injuries often seen in the individual’s sport, including strength, power, speed, agility, movement quality, and education. Monday/Wednesday at 6 pm, Tuesday/Thursday at 4 pm & 6 pm, Saturday at 1 pm.

Youth Performance Group:

1-hour-long session focusing on movement quality, strength, speed, physical education, and fun. Ages 8-12. Monday/Wednesday at 5 pm.

Team Training

1-hour-long session privately scheduled for Sports Teams from College, High School, Club, and Rec.
